Notable Plot Moments:
The brothers are investigating a case in Nebraska where a girl scratched her own brains out. There was itching powder on her hair brush. They have barely left the house when Sam gets a phone call that a man has been electrocuted to death. Another man had been joking around with him with a joy buzzer. A man leaves his daughter’s teeth under her pillow and he wakes up with all of his teeth pulled out and left under her pillow.
They figure out that everything that’s happening is because they are things that a boy, Jesse, believes, kind of like urban myths. When Dean convinces him that the joy buzzer is harmless, it stops electrocuting. They learn the boy was adopted and go visit his biological mother, who freaks out and thinks they are demons. She tells them she had been possessed for nine months and had killed people while under possession. The entire time she was pregnant, she was possessed. She also tells them that when she gave birth she was a virgin.
Castiel shows up and tells the brothers to kill the boy. He is half-demon and half-human and more powerful than either. He is the anti-Christ. The demons will look for him, and use him to kill the angels.
The demon shows up at Jesse’s mother’s house and possesses her again to use her to find Jesse.
Castiel tries to kill Jesse, and Jesse turns him into an action figure. Sam and Dean show up and tell Jesse that he’s a superhero, but then the demon shows up and tells Jesse they’re lying. Sam gets Jesse to listen and Jesse makes the demon leave. They tell him the truth and give him the choice of what to do. He tells them he’s going to say goodbye to his mom and dad but he really goes to Australia. Castiel tells them they won’t be able to find Jesse unless he wants to be found.
