Chuck Versus the Cat Squad

Important Moments:

We meet the CAT Squad.

Sarah runs into Ellie on her way inside, and they have a conversation about Sarah and her emotional issues. Sarah rarely talks about herself like that, especially to anyone other than Chuck, so it was a nice moment.

Notable Plot Moments:

Zachary Levi, Chuck Bartowski, Yvonne Strahovski, Sarah Walker, Joshua Gomez, Morgan Grimes
Chuck is trying to find people to invite to their engagement party for Sarah, and he’s looking at the members of her old Cat Squad, including Carina. They show up by dropping out of a helicopter into the courtyard outside their apartment.

Sarah tells Chuck that the reason the Cat Squad is no longer together is they don’t trust each other. Zondra was found with a tracking device in her boot on a mission to nail Gaez. She said it wasn’t hers and was cleared by the government, and they all let it go, but they have not really trusted each other since.

After Sarah has a night out with the Cat Squad, they have a very awkward breakfast, and Carina asks Sarah if she can borrow her car. As she unlocks the car, it explodes and Chuck flashes on a piece of the explosive, seeing the name Augusto Gaez, who turns out to be the nemesis of the Cat Squad. Beckman sends them to Rio, where Gaez will be partying.

Back at Castle, Morgan and Carina find out that someone called Gaez from Burbank the previous day, so he knows they are coming. They get the message too late, and are caught by Gaez, who catches them, ties them up, and gives them a sales pitch. He wants them to partner with him.

Sarah and Zondra start fighting to work out their differences, and Zondra insists it wasn’t her. Sarah says she wasn’t even in Milan, and they already know Carina was in the U.S., which only leaves Amy as the traitor. She comes in and threatens Chuck and his whole family if they come after her.
