Jennifer Lawrence Buys House In Beverly Hills

Jennifer LawrenceJennifer Lawrence recently purchased a new home in Beverly Hills, California. She paid $8.225 million dollars for the 5,500 square ft home. The home is located in a gated community that is the home to other celebrities, according to Variety.

Jessica Simpson, Paul Hogan and Ellen DeGeneres are all previous owners of the home. There are five bedrooms and 5.5 baths, as well as marble floors and French-style molding. There are also patios and terraces in the yard, including a walled entry courtyard with a flagstone patio and a koi-filled lily pond.

Some of Lawrence’s neighbors include music executive Guy Oseary, the new manager of U2, Nicole Kidman and Keith Urban, Penelope Cruz and Javier Bardem, Cameron Diaz, and Mila Kunis and Ashton Kutcher.
